I'm VERY annoyed Hubitat would not simply resubmit my long-standing Remote Admin against a new payment card after the original one had to be replaced after fraudulent charges. Apparently Hubitat is canceling suscriptions, forcing users to accept $4.50 monthly fee, rather than the original $2.99. Despicable.
This didn't happen to me last year. Had you updated your card on the portal? My recollection is that I received an automated email indicating my payment didn't go through, after which I updated my card.
Yes, the card was replace via the portal. I rcv'd an email stating... "Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Due to an increased number of recent tickets, you may experience delay in our response times. We will try to research your hub and provide guidance on further troubleshooting, as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding."
Sorry about that. We are extremely annoyed about it too, that's why we have suspended all auto-cancelations 12 days ago while we are working on improving the user experience.
