Remote Admin not working - Subscription Active

Murphy is hard at work.

I’m out of town and attempting to connect to my protected hub through the mobile app. When I select the hub in settings, then go to ‘tools’, the ‘connect to hub’ tab changes to ‘Purchase Remote Admin’.

When I check subscriptions it shows active with hub protect and remote admin, and when I check registered hubs it also shows protected.

In the registered hubs section I can click connect to hub and it just clocks, but never connects.

I can access and control devices through the devices button, so I know I have network connectivity to my home.

Thoughts?

Should have included I have not updated to 2.3.1. Im on the latest release prior to 2.3.1

Could you please try to log in using the Remote Admin portal by accessing the following page from a browser:

https://remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com/login

Let me know if that works. If not, you may need to reboot the hub when you have a chance.

That did work. gopher.ny was already working to reboot my hub for me.
