Remote Admin Issue

When I go to My Hubitat I can see all my hubs but they show offline, when I use my phone app I have no problems connecting to remote or local hubs. Anyone else having a issue?

Sorry for the troubles. What the picture shows, is that your device may not be connected to the same network as the hub, or the hub isn't reachable at the moment.

Also, the fact that you see "Add Remote Admin" instead of "Remote Admin is active" means that your subscription expired or there is a problem with your subscription.

The app can always access basic services remote, the remote ADMIN subscription is not needed for that. The basic device control and other app features are included with remote access for free with every hub.

There is an option in the app to connect to the hub admin UI, that would require the subscription if you are not on your LAN (local or via VPN would work).

I have a monthly subscription for remote admin. Works perfectly fine on my Hubitat app on my phone, not on this web interface.

You will have to send a request with the form Bobby gave a link to above for them to look into it more.

Yeah, I saw the link, just wanted to make it clear that I had a subscription and this isn't a misunderstanding on my end.

I can confirm that you have an active subscription and that my.hubitat.com is not accurate. We are looking into why. Is it still showing "Add Remote Admin" for the C8-Hub?

@jrvisconti could you please confirm that it has not been self corrected and that you are still seeing the "Add Remote Admin" for C8-Hub when logging into my.hubitat.com?

If it does, please go to hub's Settings then Backup and Restore page and select "Refresh entitlements" to see if that fixes it.

I don't know if the op had his issue solved, but I'm facing the same problem. I tried refreshing it like you said, but it didn't work

A lot has changed since last year when this thread was created. Are you subscribed to Remote Admin with the same account as the community?

Based on the picture you shared, you do not have an active subscription. If you believe that is not correct, I'd be more than happy to look into it to see what's going on.

Thank you, Bobby. I guess it needed some time to activate the subscription. I woke up and the remote admin was available :slight_smile:
