It’s unclear to me if the remote admin functionality has ever worked properly. For example the mobile app is completely useless if I use it away from home.
Currently I have to use a web browser to navigate to my.hubitat.com to login. And despite the face that I have a current paid subscription, I cannot remote admin the hub because the button is inactive. If someone could assist me with this I would really appreciate it.
The good part is that both the C7 and the Pro have active Remote Admin service, so while the labels in the Mobile App or my.hubitat.com may be incorrect, you should be able to use the service you are paying for by going to the Remote Admin website
We have made a change recently to my.hubitat.com to show the correct label for active subscriptions. Can you try opening a private (incognito) session on your browser, then log into your account and see if you see the "Go to Remote Admin" button instead of "Add Remote Admin"?
