Hi guys, I've just bought a new phone. I could access remote admin with no problems on my old phone. On my new phone, "connect to hub" is greyed out. I can't seem to see where I'm going wrong @bobbyD if you could help..

Please click "Go to Remote Admin" button. The connect to hub is greyed out because you are not connected to the local network.

This is how it looks on my prior phone which has no problems connecting when away from the network
You are showing two different pages. The first screenshot is from my.hubitat.com, while the second is from remote admin portal.
