You certainly do not need to roll back. The hub update cannot affect the Remote Admin service, so it would not resolve the problem. How are you accessing the Remote Admin service might be the problem. If you go directly to the Remote Admin portal, can you log in and access your hub? If you can log in, then the service times out trying to reach your hub, then likely your hub isn't connected to the cloud.
I updated my hub earlier today and I'm having the same issue. Tried rebooting and same thing. Using the AWS link I'm logged in - I see the connect option - press and I get the spinning tab in chrome. Eventually it errors out. I can still access The hubitat locally and it is able to connect to the internet.
The whole remote access is not working right now. All other systems are functioning properly. It is an error on Hubitat's AWS server, nothing we can do until they fix it.
Ok, I am out of ideas. We are further investigating. Unfortunately I cannot replicate, so there may be an isolated outage. Will update this thread as we learn more.
Unlikely to be the same issue since the remote admin service has no reported outages, but when this thread was created over a year ago there appeared to be something that affected multiple users that required staff intervention.
Please create a new thread to ask for help with remote admin, or you can submit a request directly to support here.
