I have an active subscription to Remote Access but I can only access my Dashboards and nothing else.
This is on the IOS App. On a Windows desktop I can’t access anything.
What specifically do you see when you try?
Also, I'm not sure how you're trying to launch it beyond the app (there is an issue with the link in the Android app that I'm not sure if has been published yet with the fix; I don't think iOS was affected, but it's possible), but see if this link works if that's not what you're using: https://remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com/login
Finally, if you are able to reboot your hub, see if that helps. If you are on beta, trying the latest built may also help if it was a cloud disconnect causing the problem; if not, I'd expect a public release soon if all goes well, which could help in the future if this is your specific problem (though without more information, it's hard to say).
It is difficult to determine what the issue is, without providing additional details. It could be that the hub is not connected to the cloud, though cloud Dashboards wouldn't be available either, or a problem with your subscription. Speaking of cloud dashboards, accessing them remotely doesn't require a subscription. The Remote Admin provides remote access to your hub's administrative interface so you can create rules, update settings, etc as if you were on the local network. Remote access to your devices via Dasboard and Mobile app comes free with your hub.
