I cannot access Hubitat settings remotely.
Remote access error on iPhone “This hub is not authorized for remote access“
Anyone available to assists or provide a solution?
What hub software version are you running? If a Beta version, please search for/post this question in the Beta section of the community.
I just got this message as well. just migrated to a new C-8 pro for one of my hubs. Latest hub software
@Hubitat_Staff , @bobbyD Do I need to transfer my subscription to remote admin? I thought that remote admin was for all hubs on an account
That is correct. Your new hub should automatically get access to Remote Admin. Sometimes may take up to 24 hours for the new hub to get authorized. Rebooting the hub should speed up the process. If issue persists, make sure to create a Subscription case by visiting the following page, as the automated process may have failed: Subscriptions – Hubitat Support
It’s still not authorized despite many reboots, I put in a ticket on that page thanks.
Will there be any actions to take locally with that ticket? I’m on vacation at a remote site and I won’t be here much longer.
Checked your case and authorized access to the Remote Admin on the hub that was missing the access. Check email for more details.
you rock! its working now
I have the same issue. I have two hubs, one at my house and one at my daughter's house. I can access mine but not my daughter's. I get
"This hub is not authorized for remote access"
I've rebooted the hub several times. What else can I try?
Thanks
Looks like the service failed to auto-activate. I activated the service for you. May need to go into the non-working hub and visit Backup and Restore, then select Refresh Entitlements.
Thanks. Its working now.
