Remote Access Down?

Working for me. See if a different browser (or device) works, and verify that the date/time on your device are correct, maybe?

When in doubt, you can always check the status of the service by visiting the Subscriptions page on support.hubitat.com. You can see the status in the upper right hand corner (desktop view).

I've tried two devices on two networks, now seeing the below error message:

I don't have Remote Access, but I typed in the URL as shown in the screenshot below, and this is what I got. So it seems to be working?

Is there any chance your router is blocking something, or you have a PiHole? Any browser blocking software or anything like that?

Are your hubs hardwired, or connected via Wifi? Did you mess with or change any of the default network settings in the hub side of things (e.g. Static address)?

The error is on the screen after the one you pasted.

My C8 hub is on the latest version, wired to router. I've tried to access on my phone using app via GSM as well as from my work laptop using edge without luck.

My Hue hub on the home network works fine, so looks like something on the C8 or the AWS service.

It just started working again - ghost in the machine :slight_smile:
