I have a subscription for remote access and use it regularly. Today for the last two hours I have been unable to access my hub remotely. Is it down? I can't access it via my phone app nor the web based browser site: https://remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com/proxy/remoteConnectWithTokenPost
Site just times out without accessing.
If you ever wonder if the service is down, please visit support.hubitat.com. The Subscriptions page displays the current status. This is what is currently displayed.
With that being said, I would make sure that your hub is connected to the cloud. Most incidents we've seen are related to the hub's inability to connect to the cloud.
