Reminder when submitting warranty cases

Please remember that when you submit a warranty case at support.hubitat.com, it's really important to provide us the right reason for the issue.

Recently, we've seen more cases where the reason selected is incorrect or important information is missing. Accurate reasons help us expediate the approval process of your hub replacement.

To make things easier and to improve our ability to resolve issues in one go, we've added a new comments field to the warranty form. In this field customers can now provide the extra details that may help us understand the case better, without needing lots of back-and-forth emails.
