Question regarding how to jump-start my bed presence detection again?
My wifes side detects her getting in/out no issues
My side has stopped detecting me getting out of bed every day for the last week so I have to manually select departed
The driver doesn't seem to have config/refresh buttons... is there any way other than deleting my bed and re-creating it?
This all started about a week ago for no apparent reason

Can you paste the device page states for your side's parent device? And the event logs for that device too?
Clicking poll
will cause a refresh and you can enable debug logging in the driver and app to see what the API is sending back (or paste here and I can try to diagnose).

Nothing in the HE log, however here is the event log from the device
Note, for the last week, I have manually selected departed in the AM which is why everything appears to be normal but it's not. My wifes side detects when she leaves w/o issue
Not sure if this helps but the last activity seems to coincide with what I have been seeing
Debug was enabled and saved, then I hit poll, here is the device log

there should be a lot more in the app debug log than that. You should have something that looks more like this where it shows the response and cached info.

I went into the Apps section, opened Sleep Number Online, turned off debug, saved and then turned it back on and this is all I get
that's really odd; can you try repairing your install through HPM? The first part of your log looks correct but if you don't see anything after that then it doesn't appear to be issuing requests.

Could it be b/c I have a fixed frame, don't have parent/child devices, just the 2 sides...?
Edit: Turned off debug, used HPM to repair the app, enabled debug logging and here are the results
Ah right, I forgot your bed was set up that way. That means saving the app won't do anything interesting; you'll need to have debug on and hit poll on the device. This should result in log lines for the app that start with:
Getting family status
Response data from SleepNumber:
and then more info about the response.
Confirmed debug is enabled

My side, hit poll, nothing showed up in the logs, literally nothing. selected present then departed and this is all that is in the log
that's really odd... I'd be happy to try to add some debugging and attempt to solve this via PM but it might be quicker to just delete and recreate the device (depending on how much you have created around it); I would hope that would put things right given it's only your side (meaning the core connection seems ok). If you want to debug it just PM me and I'll fork off a special app with a lot more logging that you can try.
If you haven't gotten this fixed yet, you may want to try baselining your beds like you did when it was first set up. I have to do mine from time to time as they get stuck showing us in bed when we are not.

Still not working
Re-baselined which I have had to do a lot since getting the bed
I enabled debug on my device side, turned on the SIQ App and when I get in bet, it shows me "In bed, recording session" yet nothing shows up in the HE log
Here is the log from my device. I was in/out of bed right around 6:29am, nothing is showing
There is nothing in my wifes device log for the same time
So, SIQ knows when I we get in/out of bed but not the app

After several weeks of my bed/rules either not working or working very inconsistently, the last week has been working 100%, can't explain why since the SIQ app has never missed a beat
I'll keep an eye on things and go from there
Trace logging
I seem to get quite a bit of trace logging in the HE log yet I can't find where it's enabled, am I over looking the setting to enable?
I'm guessing you're still running the debug version from when we were trying to troubleshoot your other issues a few weeks ago. If you use HPM to repair your install I think they'll go away. I don't typically use trace
in the code...

Neither side has registered anything in 2 days yet the bed still works via the app on my phone... any thoughts on how to jump start this or should I remove everything and start over?
I tried polling them via the device page, no luck
