Me too. Roborock app says my Q8 Max is offline

Mine is back on in the roborock app now but I had to find it again and reset the WiFi on the vacuum.

I had to reattempt login and then hit connect in HE to get the vacuum online.

Roborock must have done something really messed up last night.

I just pushed 1.1.9 patch to fix a json structure change from Roborock that resulted in offline/online bouncing.

I never considered this, but is the Roborock a brick if it can't connect to their cloud service? I have only had it a few months now. I am not home so I don't know if it has lost wifi or the cloud connection.

Almost but not 100% :wink: At least mine has a few buttons on top to start a clean session (whole house only I think) and also a home button to send it back to the charging station.

Mine connected back to Wifi and is working again. There was an update to the app on my phone this afternoon as well,

Didn't play around with it but there doesn't appear to be much in the way of control without internet. So I guess if Roborock shuts down we have a nice paper weight.

Did yours do that automagically? I had to go through the reconnect process and scan QR Code to get mine back online.

Have you updated the driver in the last 10 days? Roborock made a JSON change which requires a new code version to 1.1.9.

I am on the latest update of the driver and am seeing the vacuum going offline/online around 4 or 5 times a day. I see no pattern to this happening and when it goes offline, it lasts for less than a second so it hasn't affected functionality.
