No worries. The little voice on my shoulder said I should have double checked the secondary hub to make sure it worked after the changes.... ![]()
Lol. I can confirm this is now working.
Thank you so much for such a quick solution.
Awesome and enjoy!
Guess I really do not know what I am doing... How do I update HPM. Would appreciate any guidance available.
Ed
Updating is pretty straight forward, great instructions HERE just look for the Hubitat Package Manager - Update - HPM 1.9.10
But you might run into the same (non)issue during self-update I did HERE ![]()
"No Response from Hub" for Presence Tile"
For the last few days, my Presence Tile looks like this for my Android Phone but works fine still for wife's iPhone.

Every other device state is populated and clicking on my Member Presence link in app has the correct information that should be in the Presence Tile.
About 6 weeks ago, I migrated my C8 to a C8-Pro and this weekend, I migrated my C-7 to the C-8. The C-7 ran all of my LAN and internet-reliant apps and drivers including Owntracks and that responsibility is now the C-8's.
I have no idea if or why the 2 situations would be related and don't know if my issue started right after doing the migration. Also, I don't do anything with this Owntracks app and Google. I simply use it to pull latitude, longitude, and location. Any suggestions?
Have you tried going into the mobile app and hitting the Up arrow at the top of the screen to send updated location info? Maybe it's stuck?
Yes, but my friend, Grok, suggested something that worked but no idea why. The suggestion was "make a tiny change (like adding a space in a note field and removing it) and save. This sometimes forces the app to re-process existing devices."
I changed the debug logging from 24 to 22 hours, saved, then opened my phone device the Presence Tile is back. WEIRD!!!!!!
That's interesting, never seen changing debug logging to fix something like that. But whatever works, right? ![]()
I've seen this suggested by a developer here before, just don't remember which one. Because the code actually changed it causes the hub to reset everything (it that's the way I remember it described).
Sounds kind of like when my wife gives me that look. I immediately reset and respond as desired. ![]()
Been married a long time huh? I know that look and respond the same. After 36 years she has me trained.
