[Release] OpenGarage.io Garage Opener Integration

Here is a custom firmware (for the controller) and Hubitat device driver for the OpenGarage.io garage door opener. You don't need the custom firmware but without it you will have to poll to get status updates triggered outside of Hubitat.

The code for the Hubitat device handler can be found here (this will probably change locations if Hubitat introduces a github integration):

Be sure to set the hubitat URL in your OG if you use the custom firmware e.g. 192.168.1.11:39501.
