Their documentation states the first method is the REST API calls....it has been working for years until some novice tried to become a programmer....
I have pushed hack to let you adjust this. I'm sure they will break it and will have to create another hack.
Do an HPM repair, and see the new option:
"Capitalize Severity in API calls (NOAA bug)"
