This is basic Matrix.org notification driver. I'm not the best at coding and it took a while for me to just get this lol. It is working on my Hubitat C8 with version 2.3.8.119
I created it for myself and though others might want it as well.
Preferences are API Key, RoomID (!string:server), & server URL (defaut is https://matrix.org)
current states show last log event, status (based on if messages can be sent), & last message sent (JSON value)
It has default logging on for HTTP PUT request info, headers, message body, RESPONSE, and if message succeeded.
