is there a magichome firmware for H801 ?
Where can I find it ?
The manager is just to create pixel LED effects for certain devices ... for now.
Sadly, I don't know of a way to convert the H801 to run MagicHome at this time. I think I still have one in a box here, coincidentally.
oh ok.
I though there was a MagicHome firmware for H801 reading your post.
what did you mean with "the one I tested is on stock MagicHome firmware" ?
I can't get this driver to load. I keep getting this error.
No signature of method: Script1.definition() is applicable for argument types: (java.util.LinkedHashMap) values: [[name:MagicHome Manager, namespace:MagicHome, author:Adam Kempenich, ...]] on line 8
Can someone please help me fix this.
The error is telling you that you are attempting to load app code as a driver. The link in the OP is for the parent app which I personally found not useful so I removed it. I just installed one of these drivers that matches my device and added a virtual device and chose the driver and go from there
Thank You. I got the lights to work.
Did this stop working for anyone recently? I have 12 MagicHome wifi controllers connected to some LED strips around my house and all of them are reporting excessive load on my hubitat. At first it was just one or two - but then all of them spiked and pretty much makes my hubitat die or unresponsive to commands - webpage still works though. If I disable the magic home devices in hubitat, the rest of the hub works properly with my other devices, but if I turn the magichome devices back to enabled, then they start getting these really long timeouts (like 433,223ms or 242,110ms, etc) and the hubitat's log says it's excessive load from all my magichome devices. I tried using the RGB controller.groovy file (0.89 as the time of writing) as well as the RGBW controller which was what I had originally and worked fine.
I have 3 and all are still working.
Good to have confirmation thanks. So did all 12 of my controllers die??
Shouldn’t have. What are their refresh rates set to?
Default of 60 for refresh…?
What driver are you using? I'm not sure why it would suddenly change, but you may want to change it to something like 120, or 300. That'd require changing some code to allow values that high, but I can quickly change that if you let me know what driver it is.
