[RELEASE] Hank One-key Scene Controller

This is a conversion of my SmartThings DTH for the Hank One-key Scene Controller. The device almost works perfectly with the integrated "Generic Z-Wave CentralScene Switch", but things like the value for battery falls away. Also, the device has a tendency to send the same command twice sometimes, so I have added a check for duplicate sequence numbers.

This is my first attempt to convert code for Hubitat. Everything works as far as I can see, so I guess I did well enough.

Our built in central scene switch was designed for line devices, hence no battery capability.

Ah, makes sense! I guess battery based central scene devices isn’t that common.

I will convert the four key version of this as well, but as I don’t own the hardware myself it’s hard to test. If I just make the same changes to the code all should be good, though…
