little light weight app a created, had it in RM but because i had a few of the same rule for different devices made a app.

basically it monitors power consumption and when it drops below user threshold for the user inputted time it turns of the socket.
eg when tv goes into standby power consumption drops to < 3 w after 2 min if the power hasn't gone back up above threshold it turns the socket off.
Light weigh and fast. only runs when switch on.
