I am running a C7 and updated to 2.3.9.196
Ever since the update, the 'Z-Wave Details' page under 'Settings' does not refresh information after initial boot. For example RTT is a no value for all devices, no route changes count updates, no route change updates, etc.
If I reboot I get a snapshot of the Z-Wave state when the hub is restarted and as mentioned above, nothing updates until next reboot. The only thing that seems to be changing on the page is the 'Last message' value.
This issue is being worked on.
If you need stats in the near term you can use this endpoint:
[hubIPaddress]/hub/zwaveNodeDetailGet
That will fill in the missing details on the Z-wave details page. The reponse when you run the endpoint will be a simple "Done" in your browser window. Return to you Z-Wave Details page and refresh it, and your Z-Wave stats will be updated.
That gave me a "Done" as the only response. No other info. ?

I take it, the fix isn't in . 197?
It definitely does not look like it was included. Does anyone know what release the fix is slated for?
I don't have any info on fix timing. Typically HE doesn't pre-announce, so it will be there when it is, so to speak.
not sure what this is about.. on .197 just went to zwave detail page. and went through many devices turning on/off or refresh and got all devices on this page to show updates on the page after a refresh so it appears to be working for me.
Are you getting both RTT and RSSI? Even after running the endpoint on .197 I'm still missing RTT on some devices...the other stats do seem to fill in reliably.
I haven't spent a ton of time monitoring RTT stats in the past, so no idea if they just have always tended to take longer to fill in.
everything is updating on most devicers except a few missing rtt.
but the routes and last usage time qand rssi seem to be updating
i just tested and even the missing rtt seem to have it in zwave logs when testing activity.. so you are right that is not updating on the zwave details page.
Do you know if .200 addresses this (it doesn't seem to be in the list)?
No, it does not. For now the best option is the Refresh Statistics button on the Z-Wave Details page.
Yup - I I was monitoring/investigating Z-Wave issues that's what I might do. But I'm just not interested enough in my Z-Wave stats on a regular basis to feel like I need something running in addition to the button on the Z-Wave Details page. I rarely look at my Z-Wave stats, Z-Wave has been my "Golden Boy" on the C8/C8-Pro and has required zero action/attention. Love that.
