I'm still getting app crashes on startup 100% of the time with the new app, V2.0.2

Here's what I'm doing:
Delete new app completely (Old app still installed but not running if that matters)
Download new app
Reboot hub
Confirm hub is up an running on PC
Open App

  • Allow notifications
  • Input Username and PW
  • Select hub (Says multiple are found, but only lists my one hub)
  • Says Registering Mobile device then crashes
Attempting to open the app again results in an immediate crash

Is there any steps I can do to resolve this at this point?
Would additional crash files help debugging? How should I submit them?

Hey Bobby, I'm still experiencing this on several of my IOS devices. The app has crashed a few times also, but for me the biggest bug is the login issue... Just FYI.

I noticed the Android app is doing it too. Our engineers are looking further into solving the problem.

Thank you sir! I do like the app, Great job by everyone!

I have not seen the app crash on start up in a long time, but the log in every time I open the app is the last thing keeping me from putting my wife back on the app. As it is now the constant need to log it (even with a password manager doing the work) is going to cause a loss of WAF.
