Regularly sync with source device option disabled

I have been swapping devices using Swap Devices. They are Hub Mesh devices. When I look at the device on the receiving hub, the devices all have the option to "regularly sync with source device" turned off. Why is that option even there? Is there a way to visualize on a list which ones are not syncing, or an end point to turn them all on again?

Ideally, there would be an option here

Now I'm not so sure it was the swapping. I am finding many others with that option unchecked.
