Platform update 2.3.5.104 does not have any alert details. What is the purpose for the update without details for the user?
The "alert details" link, assuming that is what you are talking about, just takes you to a page that lists all current "alerts" from the hub, often things like platform updates but also possibly things like elevated load, excessive events, or "Z" network problems. To actually see details for the update, you'll need to click in to that specific alert (or go to Settings | Check for Updates, which is the same place this particular alert will take you to). There, you'll have a version information, a link to the release notes, etc.
