Rachio and Ecowitt Weather Station

Hello,

I received an Ecowitt weather station for Christmas. It is the WS90 with the indoor display. I have it connected to my HE hub and the hub is receiving updates. I also joined my Rachio to my HE hub and it found my zones so I know both are talking to HE. What I cannot find is help knowing how to set up rules that will stop watering if the temperature drops too low, the wind kicks up or it starts to rain. I only want the rule to stop that watering session so that future watering sessions remain scheduled. I'm using Rule Machine 5.1 for all of my rules so I am familiar with those. I just need some guidance for getting this set up.

Here is what I have started with. I think the temperature and wind speed values are what Rachio suggested in their app. For the rain, rainRate looked like the only value that would give me what I need to determine if it is actually raining. I have no clue about a value there.

Assuming the trigger is correct, I can't figure out how to cancel the currently running watering cycle on my Rachio. I also need to make sure that it doesn't affect future schedules.
