I used to make up custom switch panels for some of our installations where multiple gates, barriers etc needed to be opened from a security gatehouse. We'd build them up because it was tidier than kludging multiple controls to a desktop. There are plenty of 230V rated switches available from the likes of Farnell and RS in the UK. A pushbutton plate would be a doddle to put together. They're available round, square, various sizes. RS even do various sheet plastics (acrylic, polypropylene etc) in various thicknesses that could be formed to make a standard 1 or 2 gang faceplate.
