What does a frown on a device mean? It is a good device.
It means that the device is not reporting the attributes ("Current States" on the device detail flyover) that Easy Dashboard is looking for. What do those show for you? And if this dashboard tile is the kind that allows customizing the tile type, what do you have that set to?
It is a color sengled bulb, others like it show up fine, and function. I will check settings, but I did not change anything just added it to the dashboard like the others.
Edit: This is wild, this morning I went to that dash, the device looks and acts normal. Fixed itself!

Just a comment on the Easy Dashboard....
It certainly is better than the Hubitat built in dashboard but it has a LONG way to go.
I've tried to work with Easy Dashboard numerous times but it's just too frustrating. Too much inconsistent behavior.

For one you should be able to design a dashboard once, and use it anywhere. It claims to be responisve but it does not make a very responsive adjustment from browser to phone
It's purposely made not to. This way each device has it's own layout, So if you make a change on your tablet it doesn't affect your phone.
Agreed.
And frankly, if it wasn't for the HD+ dashboard for Android by jpage4500, I probably would have moved all my devices to Home Assistant which I found out about after implementing Hubitat.
The HA dashboard is in another league.
