Question about Luton Pico Remotes

I'm sure pretty easy, esp, if you got the satin remotes vs the glossy ones. I emailed one, but I think they're closed due to the pandemic. I was thinking it would be nice to mount the pico horizontally with much larger icons (like from nounproject.com) on nightstands by beds in the house.

Brother P-Touch with black on clear tape?

Jumping into this from another thread…

I too am interested in using Picos, without any engravings (aka "blank"), then using a local laser engraver to do the customization. At work (whenever we can restart work) this sort of engraving is routine. $18 is a very attractive solution but really even $30 is fair compared with the alternatives that usually perform poorly, look atrocious, leave little room to customize (I'm looking at you old Aeotec Mini Motes…) or some combination of all the above.

@Eric.C.Miller I would start with PTouch clear labels to confirm everyone in the household understood and was happy with the text/icons. Then I would commit with the laser.

I'd even consider using one of these if I could achieve the same results, performance, etc.:

They look attractive and can be wall mounted nicely. They are not the same as the Lutron Picos but might be a reasonable surrogate if they can be engraved in the same manner.
