It works fine at Hubitat.
But when trying to use it at Alexa, it dose not work as a Switch or Relay.
It is shown as a temperature device and if I use voice comands I can not switch it on or off.
Nor can use I routine to turn it onnor off, becuase it dose not show as a switch.
Any help or idea of how to get it to work as a switch at alexa end?

Unfortunately you cannot control which capabilities are exposed to Alexa. Easiest workaround would be to create a virtual switch, use the inbuilt mirror app or a rule to “mirror” the state values of the virtual switch to the Qubino, and then expose the Qubino device to Alexa.

It is works.
Also I just found out that if it is added to a group with in the Alexa app, then it dose switch on/off with the other devices within the group, using voice commands.
