Purchased a used device - how to register as admin?

Hey Bobby! I just got a "new" device from zwaveproducts (dot com), and it has clearly been registered to someone else. I don't have the ability to send you a private message. What would you recommend next?

Do a full reset from the diagnostic tool: Hubitat Diagnostic Tool | Hubitat Documentation Same thing Bobby said to do above.

If you do not have the "advanced" button, there are instructions at the bottom about how to force the diag tool to update.
