Purchased a new hub that came with an existing user already registered to the device

What options are there to reset the device and register my email?

This is not supposed to happen, but Hubitat's fulfillment partner, Amazon, has been known to do this from time to time.

I just had the same thing happen with a new home I purchased. Can’t reach the previous owner to transfer the hubs.
