Proper Resideo / Honeywell T5 Integration for 2022

Hi folks-
Terribly sorry for the duplicative post.
There's simply too much clutter and circular references for given topics and I'm tired of the guess & test routine.

So here's my question:
As of today, 11/2/2022, what is the most effective integration to use for a Honeywell T5 WIFI thermostat? I operate the device through the Resideo app today, and I understand this would be cloud based, but I'm trying to build everything into a singular dashboard I can eventually put on the wall in my kitchen.

Thanks in advance!

Why not replace the T5 headunit with a T6 Pro Z-Wave headunit? It works with the same Honeywell UWP backplate, and will give you full Hubitat compatibility with no cloud dependence.

Trying to get the wifi one going is iffy at best because they keep changing thing or it loses auth. Why involve the cloud?

Not necessarily against it, just didn't feel like dropping an extra $100 on a thermostat just for my garage furnace... :man_shrugging:t2:

If it's just a simple thermostat, maybe: Centralite ZigBee $40
