[PROJECT] GrainFather (Home Brew) Integration

This looks interesting.... And might get me using my system for the 2nd time after a 2 year break....

Yes looks interesting.
My fermenter and still are run by off the shelf controllers and a PID box I built.
My beer and wine conical fermemnter is hooked up to sensors and HE via WC for control but not the high ABV stuff.

Will hopefully be using my GF for the first time since COVID19 in the next few weeks.... hopefully... well at least buying the grain tomorrow....

Ok, hopeful of a second wind... if only to use the grainfather over the long weekend...

Happy to hear of anyone else's efforts in using their home brew kit, grainfather or other..... Beer or other as well.... anyone distilling spirits.....?

Weirdly a Manly beer rekindled some of my love of a beer.... At least one that has any half-decent hops included..... this time a 4-Pines Pale Ale. I'm sure a half-decent Belgian Triple would cap it off....

No new automations with HE as my new "copper" equipment doesn't lend well to the black arts.
Damn you Covid, beer is now clear.

It took 4.5 years.... but I got to smell the sweet smell of a sugary wort again....Mmmmm.....

Just need to pitch the workers to eat it up.....

Admittedly the built-in GF App does make it easy.... I'm expecting the automation benefit could come from activities in the lead up and following the brew....

Looks like even the newer yeast was not enough to to chew through the stubborn sugars I put before them.... Light-weights.... Will need to hone my craft before I tackle my Belgian Triple....

Yeah, yeast seems weak these days.
I have to re-yeast my sugar washes with DADY a few days in as well as balance the ph and sometimes temper with water to lower the gravity to get it active again.
