[Project] Device Health Status [Tuya, Aqara, Ikea, Sonoff, Lidl, ThirdReality and others]

@kkossev Thanks for the reply. Appreciated.

As I posted, "To address this, I've deployed a community app that sends a daily notification of devices the hub has not heard from, but this is an imperfect solution at best."

Device Health Status is one of the apps I'm already using (along with Device Activity Check).

The community driver that should be working with this device (LUMI lumi.remote.b1acn02) is :

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kkossev/hubitat-Markus-Li-fork/release/drivers/expanded/zigbee-xiaomi-aqara-opple-button-switch-remote-expanded.groovy

Install it manually from the link above, and make sure the Debig logging is enabled.

Now I think that most probably the problem is not in the stock driver, but you are experiencing a Zigbee connecttivity problem with your C-8 Pro hub.

Use the following workaround when pairing :

If after 2-3 pairing attempts (please follow the instructions precisely), the button still does not work, please post the debug logs that follow the start of the pairing process.

Cool thanks, will try later tonight or tomorrow.

kkosev thanks for providing some guidance here. Unfortunately my issue persists, even when using the community driver and following the pairing workaround. The device pairs but no response is received from a physical button press. I applied the latest device platform update and updated the Zigbee firmware as well, and I tried changing to the stock driver with the pairing workaround. Same results.

Here's the log after following the pairing workarounds and using the community driver:
