Problems with User Password Reset

I/we are having are having an issue with password reset.

The password process itself seems to work, but users are directed to a hub with a similar name but different ip address.

I expect others may want you to spell out the steps you are following in a little more detiail. From what you have said the password reset works, but at what point in the process are you directed to the wrong HE hub? And is this on particular device types? e.g. Android, iPhone, etc?

As @sburke781 suggested, we will need a little more details about the problem you are experiencing. Which password are you trying to reset? Is the local security enabled on the hub, or you are trying to log into my.hubitat.com?
