Most of my devices are working as expected with a couple of exceptions -
My Lutron Pico Remotes
My Casa lightbulb
Running the C7
Quantum Modem is hooked into my switch that backhauls the signal to my eero access points. The Modem is providing the addresses and the Eeros are set to bridge mode.
I've tried to delete and add back in the lutron integration and have the button app set up to drive the bulbs that the Picos point to.
I do have a question mark in the Lutron Telnet device
If all you did was swap ISP modems then nothing would have changed.
If your Eero is in bridge mode then what is acting as the router?
Were you using an Xfinity provided ROUTER and now have a Quantum provided ROUTER?
This just means it doesn't know what icon to show, not relevant.
The Kasa devices probably got a new IP, you can go into any Kasa device and press configure to run discovery, or do the discovery from the Kasa integration. You may want to set a reserved IP for the Kasa devices on your router so the IP does not change again.
Ok so everything probably changed IPs when you swapped routers.
Optional: Go on the router UI and set reversed IPs for your KASA devices, and then you may need to restart the router and those devices for them to pick up the new IPs.
Then run the discovery on the Kasa integration and it should detect the new IPs and fix the devices. You can also manually force the IP in the settings on each individual device in HE.
It should have the current IP listed in the data section (on the info tab if you are on 2.4.0 platform). Not sure why yours says cloud, you might be using cloud control.
I have mine set to all use local control only and I removed my login info from the Kasa integration app.
