I'm trying to redo my Halloween rule. All this rule does is toggle a switch. It should run twice every year: On 10/31 at 3:30 PM and on 11/1 at 8:00 AM. It then sends a notification to my phone. That's it. But I'm getting an error when I try to install this rule. The error says that the trigger will never fire, but that makes no sense to me.

Originally I had a different rule. Same actions. It had a required expression that this was either 10/31 or 11/1, and a trigger of 10:00 AM. It worked fine, but I realized that I didn't want the lights in the front of the house to be off during the day on Halloween, thus the change.
