Problem with Android Presence

Hello

I'm new, switching from Smartthings to Hubitat. I'm having problems with my wife's phone acting as a presence sensor. I've done check all the phones permissions (location, notifications and physicals activity) while having unrestricted battery access. My phone works perfect but for some reason hers will not update. I've done delete the app and reinstalled numerous times over the past few days. We both have Samsung S21 FE. Any ideas why one would work and the other wouldn't?

If you are using something other than phone, what do you use?

Side note, how do I change my name from user4143 to something different?
