While adding my Zwave Lock I had to power it off (remove batteries) to check the security code. In fact, Hub had discovered it and asked for the security code.
As the inclusion was interrupted, now the device is not added but it is seen in the Z-wave settings as a zwave node with type "secure_keypad_door_lock"
Device is working and I am able to add/remove it to another zwave hub.
How can I continue with the inclusion ?

Click the discover button and it should create a device record.
that did not fix the issue.
But I rebooted the hub rebuilding the DB.
then I started a zwave exclusion.
After being excluded I was able to add it.
Now it works.
