Can anyone think of a method to print specific PDFs when specific buttons are pressed? Hoping to keep it on the local LAN if possible, but could also be talked into using something like Google Cloud Print if that’s an option!

There isn't sufficient information for any informed solutions. For a start:

  1. What printer do you have? Some Brother printers accepts images and PDFs via endpoints.
  2. Where are the PDFs stored?
  3. Are the PDFs being generated on the fly?

And may not apply here but HP printers can accept print jobs over the internet via email. The printer itself has an email address.
