Nothing directly related caught my fancy on Amazon today. The deals that they presented to me were as much as 20% over what I paid earlier this year.
The best deal that I found today was a $120 tablet at Office Depot. This replaces an old Fire tablet as a makeshift dashboard, so it indirectly relates to smart home.

If you're lucky and you talk nice to the Amazon representative, and their lead manager you can negotiate a credit for the Prime Day deal on the C8 pro if you're in the 30 day return window.
I purchased my C8 pro on September 30th so I really lucked out by talking nice to the lead at Amazon. The first representative wanted me to return and reorder.
Also a Zooz Zen16 also received a credit too...
