Preference Manager App State Size Is Huge - Is This A Concern?

I was poking around the logs and found that the Preference Manager app state size is huge. Is this a concern? I hardly ever use it, so I guess I'll get rid of it. Still wondering though?

Its not an issue, if you're not currently using it it can be removed with no ill effect. App state is only used when this app is running.
