Power went out - controlled shutdown worked

Power went out because of a storm earlier today. Controlled shutdown worked. One of my HEs is on the same UPS as my odroid - so that one was shutdown using /etc/apcupsd/doshutdown. The other one was shutdown using RM.

I'm pretty happy.

It’s 64 degrees in NYC right now. Welcome to winter in the 2020s.

It is 65 here down south at the moment .. But it’s supposed to get down to the 30’s tonight.. Typical Louisiana winter .. A/C running one minute then switch to heater the next..

In the last 24 hours, my heat pump has switched from cool mode to heat mode to cool mode and back to heat mode.

Par for the course. Two years ago, it was ~50-55F for most of the day on Lundi Gras and Mardi Gras. I was out last year.
