Power sensor for UPS incase of power outage

Are there any devices that can detect weather or not power is coming from a 110v outlet and act as a trigger like this device I found? Or a smart multimeter? That works too I think.

So I can have hubitat kill everything not-essential if the power goes out to keep the UPS es going longer

This may give you some ideas.

This is what I use.

Wireless Z-Wave Multi-Input/Output Dry Contact Bridge; Cert ID: ZC08-16040002 https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00B6RZ7MM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_wEfuEbGA5VNWT

Anyone know if there's a driver for this? I imagine I can just put a 12v adapter into the input for the sensor and if the power goes out it'll report no power right?

Just be sure you’re aware OK with that device as it looks to be Zwave NOT “ZwavePlus”.

as far as response time isnt it the same?

These links outline the benefits of ‘plus’ which should be faster.
