I more meant that I'm not sure which of the two switches has certain hardware but just that its more likely the problematic bathroom one probably has the older series hardware?
However, I apparently was able to include the device again just now. After all that I did yet another factory reset and then attempted to include and at least that process worked. Gonna put all the old settings in and associations and whatnot (glad I took screenshots of those pages before doing anything)
EDIT: Nope, switch that. I see it now. It's actually the bathroom switch that's the 800LR. So I don't understand why it's so consistently problematic when the other one isn't.

@jtp10181 I got it working finally.
Are there any other known z-wave switches that can handle the load of a fan besides the Zen30? I'm wanting to change before this happens again.
The new Zooz Zen75 is built for heavier loads, but is unfortunately out of stock at the moment.
Its usually a solid device so not sure why you are having issues with it. My initial suspicion is that all you went through was mostly of your own making. The problem likely could have been solved from the get go by just power cycling both the hub and the device (at the breaker). But people panic and start factory resetting things, creating more work in the end.
Didn't even know this existed now. Thanks! Signed up for in-stock notifications.
But when everything is working fine, and has been for many months, and then a power outage affects the entire house, and only one device in the whole house craps the bed as a result of a power failure and not any setting change in Hubitat or anything I've done. That doesn't point at me, especially when you consider this isn't the first time it has happened. It's not wired improperly, it's set up properly, it was working properly, it had all the correct "behavior after power failure" properties, the bulbs were fine, it's just the switch. Maybe its a faulty switch, I don't know, but the issue of it crapping the bed was not my fault.
Having said that I don't want any part of that to sound like it's directed at you in any way. You've always been super helpful and clearly do so much for the community. My qualm is with Zooz.
