In the layers of "where do I even begin to look" when things go awry... it is times like this that I'm glad it's just a handful of local boxes, wires, some wireless shots, and my own miscreant constructs in RM to worry about.
God knows when I'm 80, and a battery dies on a triggering sensor, at least I'll feel better throwing a shoe to try to fix it all.
Bummer - mine is working here in South NJ, near Philly - just tested.
Works for me in my early seventies.

Yesterday, after I got home from work, I decided I'd check the HE for updates, applied an update that was available, and after the reboot, tried relinking the Hubitat skill in the Alexa app. Vola! It worked and all devices are visible again!
I guess it just goes to remind me that when all else fails, reboot! Duh! And I've worked in IT as a domain admin in the past.
But I'm happy things are connected once more. You get spoiled after years of voice control. Switches and levers are for primitive exercise, not lighting control! Hah!
