Please Help and Happy New Year

Hello All, Happy New Year. Sorry for not using all correct tecnical words.
I have run into some trouble, some of my zigbee devices had become unresponsive while still showing they was present, I reset and removed these devices and changed my zigbee radio frequency. I got my zigbee devices back, but noticed a message on my hub saying that there was elevated cpu usage and to check my apps. I Removed all apps that I had that was no longer being used from my experiments but have been unable to remove some of them totally and some ghost files seem to be preventing me getting everything back working.
I have also tried a backup and soft reset, I completed this process and unplugged the hub for 10 minutes and then pushed the button on the base to hopefully clear logs and reset but nothing has worked as yet. Is there something I have missed, any help to get this back working would be much appreciated, thank you for taking time to read this even if you can't help
