Play Track Using Track Description?

Stuck again.

So I'm trying to do this when a door opens:

1. play a local file
2. speak a message
3. loop it twice
4. resume playing the song that was playing before the door opened (stored on the PC)

Tried a bunch of different things (a couple still in red below).

Is there a way to do this?

At some point I had it going back to playing but it returned to the first song in the queue.
