Pilot Light

I am sure its so simple its staring right at me and cannot find a previous support document giving some guidance. So here it goes...... I have two Embrighton single pole switches and want to control when the blue pilot light is on but cannot find the program feature that would control this. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Can also use the Basic Zwave Tool driver to set parameter 3:

So to cycle thru its 3 up 1 down each time you want to move down the chart. For example if its on #1 and I want to be on #4 have to do the 3 up 1 down 3 times.
