Both @sburke781 and I have recommended Tasker for this on many occasions so let me see what I can find. Stand by.........

EDIT: It didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would:

Tasker can absolutely do that. I do that for a wall tablet and spare phone and I am happy to help get it set up. However, I don't know if Tasker runs on a Fire Tablet. Anyone else running Tasker on a Fire?
